New government strategy for managing knowledge and information

The Civil Service has published a knowledge and information management strategy to help government seize the opportunities and meet the challenges of the digital era. The strategy will help develop the framework, tools and culture needed to improve capability in knowledge and information management in a way that allows all civil servants to meet the challenges of delivering effective public services whilst simultaneously protecting individuals' privacy. The development of the strategy has been led by the cross government Knowledge Council.
